Robin is Director of Operations at Pearce IP, where she works closely with the leadership team to ensure the business runs smoothly and effectively.
Robin is responsible for driving operational efficiency, implementing structured processes, and strengthening the systems and disciplines that enable the firm to scale effectively. Known for her ability to navigate complexity and deliver under pressure, she brings structure, discipline, and consistency to the firm’s operations, enabling teams to perform at their best and supporting key operational and strategic priorities.
Robin brings experience from a diverse professional background, spanning executive support, operations and high-performance environments including more than 15 years’ experience in broadcast television, having worked with organisations including Channel 9, Fox Sports, ABC/UK Disney Channel, Southern Star, Network 7, and the BBC in London.
