Pearce IP Builds on Asia IP Rankings to Win New Zealand Patent Prosecution Firm of the Year

Pearce IP’s strong performance in Asia IP’s 2025 rankings was followed by a major achievement for its New Zealand practice, with the office named New Zealand Patent Prosecution Firm of the Year at the 2025 Asia IP Awards.  The recognition is particularly significant for a practice that entered the New Zealand market less than two years earlier.

Now in its 16th year, the Asia IP Awards are based on rigorous research involving more than 5,000 in-house counsel across Asia, Europe and the Americas, recognising 63 firms across 24 Asia-Pacific jurisdictions.

Earlier in 2025, Naomi Pearce, CEO and Founder of Pearce IP, was named as one of 50 Australia’s IP Experts 2025 by Asia IP.  The selection was based on independent research from thousands of in-house counsel and international law firm partners across Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the Pacific.
