Aysa is Pearce IP’s HR Officer. She assists the corporate service’s team with onboarding, payroll, and general HR matters. Aysa has a background in management and enjoys all things people and culture.

With her experience in people management, Aysa brings knowledge and passion for to her work when it comes to people development and compliance. She enjoys teamwork and is willing to learn new things and take on challenges.

This is Aysa’s first time in the corporate setting, but she is excited to develop the HR career path she is on.
