Teale leads Pearce IP’s Accounts Team and is highly organised, driven and someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

She comes to us from the communications sector where she was Head of Business Operations for Factotum Communications and was responsible for accounts, payroll, managing the CRM system, providing confidential assistance for the company director and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Teale is also an experienced project manager who is proficient in cost estimates, budget control, activity and resource planning, communicating with key stakeholders and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget. Prior to those roles she was the General Manager of a design and fabrication business on the Northern Beaches in Sydney.

Teale has the innate ability to pivot and change directions depending on the demands of her role and loves working under pressure. Outside of work Teale is a competitive dressage rider.
