Our Consulting Process Manager, Brittany Deleon joined Pearce IP at its inception in 2017. With her Diploma in Business Administration and tertiary studies in teaching and psychology, Brittany enjoys developing and implementing Pearce IP processes, and change management.
Prior to joining Pearce IP, Brittany managed teams in IAG and Luxottica Group for 6 years. During her time with IAG as a people leader, Brittany had the opportunity to work on change projects, in particular, assisting in training, planning and implementation of a large company wide initiative to increase productivity and client relationships, and change management initiatives. Brittany was awarded a “Change Champion” by the head of Sales and Service in IAG as a result of her involvement in various training and onboarding programs. She was also named as the “Emerging Leader of the Year” in 2014.
Brittany dovetails her Business Management and her passion for learning with her common sense and eye for detail. Brittany pairs her passion for people and natural flair for organisation to ease the administrative burdens of the team by managing processes and procedures within the business, and to stay a “step ahead” of business demands.
