Aysa is Pearce IP’s Human Resources Officer and supports both staff and management based in Australia and New Zealand.

Aysa joins Pearce IP from the fast-food sector where she was a Manager and oversaw a large team. Her experiences in coaching new team members, recruitment, employee wellbeing, quality initiatives and customer experience management saw her interest in a HR career come to the fore. With her positive work ethic, a drive for excellence and outstanding problem-solving skills, Aysa has much to offer Pearce IP.

Aysa holds a BA (Legal Studies) and a Masters (Human Resource Management).
