Amanda is one of New Zealand’s most experienced and respected brand protection professionals, with nearly 25 years’ experience advising clients on all aspects of trade mark strategy, clearance, registration and enforcement.
Amanda is known for her clear, practical, and commercially astute advice, helping clients unlock the full potential of their brand assets. Amanda is widely recognised for her leadership and contribution to the profession, and is a multi-award winning trade marks specialist.
Amanda has worked at leading IP firms in both New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Most recently, she served as Head of Trade Marks at a major New Zealand firm, where she led a team of over 50 trade mark specialists and set the strategic direction for the practice.
