We are delighted to announce that Pearce IP’s Founder and CEO, Naomi Pearce has been selected as a finalist for the 2024 IP Partner of the Year at the Lawyers Weekly Partner of the Year Awards.
The Partner of the Year Awards is regarded as one of the legal profession’s most prestigious accolades. It pinpoints professional development and innovation, showcasing the individuals who are leading the way in the industry. The finalist list, which was announced on Tuesday, 30 April, features over 278 high-achieving professionals across 37 submission-based categories. Naomi is one of 6 leading IP lawyers shortlisted for IP Partner of the year, and one of two women on the shortlist.
Naomi is the current (2023) Lawyers Weekly IP Partner of the Year, and was shortlisted for the award in 2022, and we are thrilled that she has been shortlisted again in 2024.

She is known for her expertise in complex, high-value patent matters and leverages her technical background in biochemistry and molecular biology to work across a wide range of technologies, including inorganic, organic, physical and process chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology (including genetics, molecular biology and virology), and physics. Helen is an active member of the Intellectual Property Committee of the Law Council of Australia and the Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand.
