James Tocci is the head of our operations team managing Pearce IP’s marketing, accounts, and talent functions. James has extensive experience in legal operations, people and culture, corporate strategy, finance, and ICT over his 30 year careet. Prior to joining Pearce IP, James was Practice & People Manager at a specialist law firm, before which he was co-founder of an executive search and professional resources firm.
James holds a Masters of Business and Technology (Engineering), a Bachelor of Business, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
