Pearce IP’s Jacinta Flattery-O’Brien Amongst Australia’s Patent Elite – Top 18 Global Leaders Named by IAM

Pearce IP is proud to announce that Jacinta Flattery-O’Brien PhD has again been named as one of Australia’s patent elite in the 2024 edition of IAM Global Leaders.  Jacinta is one of 6 women included in the list of 18 of Australia’s leading patent professionals.  This is the second year in a row that Jacinta has been honoured in this esteemed list.

To qualify for inclusion in IAM Global Leaders, attorneys must be ranked in the gold tier of IAM Patent 1000, and are then selected “not only because of their patent expertise and experience but also for their ability to innovate, inspire and go above and beyond to deliver value for their clients”.

Pearce IP, together with three of its leaders including Naomi Pearce and Jacinta Flattery-O’Brien PhD are ranked in IAM Patent 1000 2023 for litigation and prosecution prowess.
