Pearce IP Welcomes Executive and Head of Trade Marks, Kim Evans

Pearce IP is delighted to welcome Executive Lawyer & Trade Mark Attorney Kim Evans to the team. Kim leads the Pearce IP trade mark team, and joins Pearce IP from Allens Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys where she was Principal.

Kim has more than 18 years’ experience developing successful IP/legal strategies supporting some of the world’s most recognisable brands. Kim is a lawyer and registered Trans-Tasman trade mark attorney with a wide-ranging and impressive background including experience in-house, in private practice, and in academia.

Kim’s arrival follows the commencement of seasoned patent prosecutor Carol Johns PhD in January 2024, and Julie Balance in October 2023. Further new arrivals announcements will follow next week, including in relation to a team who have joined the Pearce IP legal team from big law.
