Melinda is an Accounts Administrator in our Corporate Services Team, supporting Pearce IP with financial administration of the business and payroll.

Melinda is an experienced accounting professional with over 20 years of expertise in managing comprehensive accounting functions, gaining valuable experience in various industries, and more recently worked in a not-for-profit education environment where she led the accounting department.

Melinda excels in high-pressure environments, demonstrating exceptional time management, problem solving, numerical and organisational skills. She has a proven ability to design efficient quality control procedures and maintain robust internal controls.

Melinda uses these skills and knowledge to support Pearce IP’s internal and external clients.
