Boutique specialist firm Pearce IP is delighted to announce “Rising Star” Jessica Chadbourne PhD commenced this week.

In Chadbourne’s 6 years at “big law”, she set a new benchmark for Associates, being named as an “IP Rising Star” in 2019 by Managing Intellectual Property.  Chadbourne has a PhD in chemistry and many years’ experience managing patent matters in Australia and New Zealand, including day to day responsibility for FTO clearance work, strategic advice, prosecution, and assistance with disputes before the respective patent offices.

Pearce IP’s Special Counsel Jennifer Enmon PhD says:

“Jessica brings a combination of keen scientific insight and attention to detail that makes for an outstanding patent attorney, and I am delighted to have her as part of our team.”

Pearce IP’s Principal Naomi Pearce says:

“We are excited that Jessica has joined Pearce IP.  She is highly regarded in the industry, and is a future patent leader.”

Jessica’s arrival follows the recent appointment of former Shelston IP leaders Jacinta Flattery-O’Brien PhD in May 2020, Grant Shoebridge PhD in April 2020, and Jennifer Enmon PhD in September 2019.
